Intro: Everywhere we turn, we are surrounded by glory. We just need eyes to see it. There is glory in creation: trees, flowers, rivers, the ocean all have a certain glory to them. Every living creature displays glory: birds, fish, even the creeping things. There is also glory in every human being. The glory we see in creation is just a tiny reflection of the greater glory we see in our creator. Most people don’t understand the statement “the glory of God”. What is it? We will take an in-depth look at this in the next few weeks.
